Conflicts, whether open or hidden, affect every organization. Left unmanaged, they undermine trust, collaboration, motivation, and productivity. Yet when approached constructively, conflict can become a catalyst for innovation, stronger relationships, and sustainable performance.
The session will be led by Prof. dr. Barney Jordaan, professor of practice at Vlerick Business School (Belgium), an internationally recognized expert on negotiation and conflict management.
Learning objective
This workshop “Building Conflict-Positive Cultures in Organizations” will equip leaders, managers and HR professionals with tools to:
